RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

PRIOR TO BUYING please read our return/exchange post and comment with your initials agreeing to terms

We offer a 10 business day return/exchange window. Day one starts the day we message you that your order is ready for pick up or the day your item is shipped.

This is for items in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unused and smoke free).

We are happy to exchange, if the item is available.

Just ship your order back to the address that is listed on the invoice. Be sure to include instructions for either a return or exchange.

*You are responsible for shipping cost to return/exchange item and the original shipping costs are not credited back to you.

*RETURNS are for store credit only

*FINAL SALE and PRE ORDERED ITEMS are not eligible for return/exchange.

We inspect all items before they reach you but still PLEASE thoroughly inspect your items immediately upon receiving. If your item is defective, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Just message us with photos!

Please understand to keep our prices low there are no exceptions to this policy.
